Who's Going:
While we have never run out of tent spots it's good that i know if your tent camping... Just send me your name if your planning on needing a spot for a tent just so i can gage the weekend...

Everyone always wants to know "who's going", so just keep in mind that many people don't commit till the last week or two but we always have a good sized group to feel comfortable. I will post first names of people who tell me they are going if your ok with that..

Here are pictures from the last two camping trips... Borrego Springs and Mt. Laguna.

Lodging options:

Group Camping: A group camp is reserved that can take 30 folks. If your going for sure and want in on the group site while not required it would be nice if you RSVP'd to me by email or give me a call. 619-857-8409. You do not need to let me know if your just driving up for the day.

Sites are first come first serve and we have never run out in all the years we have done it. There are also over flow sites very close if for any reason we did overflow... .

There is electricity at the site as well as bathrooms

Lodge/Motel: http://www.lagunamountain.com/

A few people did inquire about staying at the little motel located a couple miles down the road from the group camp. They do have little cabins for rent (about $50/night) call 619-445-2342.

Cost: For group camping, $15/site for one or both nights... so if you share a tent.. $7.50 each...
For just coming up for the day it's free but if you want to donate a little for wood and expenses $5/would be nice

Showers: Are available in the campground about a 5 minute walk from the group camp. Or a 1 minute walk from the tent sites. Bring a few quarters or get change from the camp host at the campground.

Store: Incase you forget anything there is a store available nearby which is open in the morning until 5pm.

For other tenting in the same campground but away from the group camp call 1-800-444-7275 or reserve on-line at Reserve America

Directions/Location:
That's the best part of this place, it's only one hour east of San Diego.
